Ganz besonders gefallen hat uns eure Gastfreundschaft und eure tollen Retschläge die ihr uns gegeben habt! Das Haus war für unsere Zwecke wirklich bestens ausgestattet und wir würden es immer wieder gerne buchen! Besonders toll fanden wir die Sauna die wir jeden Abend benutzt und genossen haben! Der Skiurlaub in Wilderswil mit Nähe zur Eigernordwand war herlich und wir träumen heute noch davon!

Our family’s stay at Holiday House, while we gathered to celebrate our daughter Emy’s and son-in law Matt’s Swiss wedding, was absolutely memorable. You welcomed us warmly to your bright and modern guesthouse where we stayed with our son, Wells and his family and Matt’s mom. We were very comfortable there and even enjoyed cooking meals for eight in the efficient kitchen! It was important to establish a relaxed daily routine for the kids and your cozy Holiday House was the perfect spot.
From Holiday House we walked to the train station for trips to the mountains, Interlaken or beyond. We enjoyed exploring the sparkling village of Wilderswil with its chalets, flowers, kitchen gardens, and the sound of cowbells. From our dining area window we watched para gliders sailing from peaks just north of Interlaken. We really felt like we belonged in this enchanting place, with a breathtaking view of the Jungfrau, Monch and Eiger peaks from our door.
We are fortunate to have met your family. Our 6 and 8-year-old grandsons loved playing soccer in your backyard, swinging from the old apple tree and climbing up to Sarah and Lucas’s tree house. They were both completely smitten by 13-year-old Lucas! It was a pleasure to learn about Swiss life from each of you and we appreciated our stimulating conversations with you!
You all contributed immensely to our visit to Wilderswil and the Berner Oberland and we long to return in years to come.

We have been to this area of Jungfrau region many times and each time we remember why. This is surely one of the most beautiful spots in the world!
Night Sledging is fantastic on the Eiger lit trails. Skiing was easy to access from your house because we could choose a different area each day.
First to Grindelwald, the next day to Muerren and finally to Kleine Schiedegg. We took the trains in the morning and skied all day returning to warm showers, sauna and your cozy Holiday house.

Our family totally enjoyed our stay in Switzerland. Spectacular scenery and enormous range of activities just outside your door. Without exception people have been friendly and helpful toward us. It was a particular pleasure to see 3 of our children skiing successfully thank you Pascal. But above all your house and unaffected warmth and good nature will really mark out this holiday in our memories. It was great to get to know all of you even it if was for a short stay. Wilderswil is a lovely quiet village located at the foot of the Jungfraujoch. We walked from the train station within minutes found your house.
Tuesday night we saw the local tourist show in the village. The ladies danced and men yodeled and there was a person dressed in costume swinging the Swiss Flag. You are kind people. We wish to return to Switzerland again. Aamani Madhur Kalyan, Mahesh, Saalih India

Our recent stay at the Swiss Holiday House was wonderful. With a party of 8, it is difficult to find a place large enough to sleep everyone. This rental accommodated us all easily. The rental is built into one portion of the owners own home and business, but has a very private, quiet feel to it with its own private entrance on the side of the building. There is a bath, sauna and washer and dryer on the ground floor, then stairs up to the kitchen, dining room and living room (all open as a great room) plus a small bathroom, then up more stairs to 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. Wilderswil itself is a quaint, quiet Swiss town close to Interlaken, but with a rural feel. It has terrific views of the mountains.
We loved the large dining room table and the well fitted kitchen had plenty of plates, cutlery and everything we needed to cook. The kitchen is larger than usual for a vacation rental, which is nice, as dining out can be expensive for such a large group as we had. We ended up having all of our meals in, and were able to cook anything we wanted with the tools provided. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds quite comfy. Having 2 1/2 baths was great with so many of people.
The house is decorated nicely in a spare, modern/rustic style. If you are looking for a quaint antique and picture filled house, this isn’t it. But what is does offer is everything you need for a very comfortable stay, in a great location. We were just a 5 minute walk from the Wilderswil train station and the Migros grocery market. There are restaurants, stores and walking paths nearby. We bought 6 day train passes and were able to go everywhere we wanted by simply walking down to the station and catching a train–terrific! We went on all the mountain trains and cable cars, caught the bus into Interlaken, biked and hiked. Every day was wonderful.
The very best parts of Swiss Holiday House are its hosts. Pascal and Cindy go out of their way to be friendly, helpful, informative and to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Their son was wonderful with our grandchildren–he was their favorite part of the trip. The owners made us feel as if we were friends visiting, but were never intrusive. Just ready to help whenever and however we needed it.
Overall, highly recommended; we would be happy to return.

The children Pradyot, Adesh, Nainika, Vikram really had fun playing soccer and football with Lukas and Sarah. Thank you for being such a great pal to us. The house is so nice and spacious.

Seven adults and enough space for everyone to loose each other. Wonderful kitchen and dining table which enabled us to have a super Christmas Dinner.
For a first winter holiday, it has been ideal to retun to after a hard day on the slopes! Love the Sauna!! We walked from Bussalp to First , Skied Mannlichen, Kleine Schiedegg and First.

Ski fahren vor der Eigernordwand, da sind wir ausser Rand und Band, sind Mönch und Jungfrau auch zu sehen, so ist das Wedeln kein Problem.
